Powerful Charge Feat

Monster Manual III pg207

This also shows in the SRD but not as specifically as in the MM.

Is this usable?

I have 7 days to know, then the leveling begins.

I was very nearly snarky here and said, "Sure, if you can find it in a book we've approved."

Then I remembered this feat did in fact get reprinted in a book we allow, but not in the standard feats section. The version printed in Stormwrack, p.156, is allowed.

Whew, THANK YOU walking D&D 3.5 encyclopedia!!

(And that is meant as the most respectful compliment I can give.)

PS. Is this damage like Sneak Attack damage where it has it's limitations, or is it a flat no nonsense, add to the total, damage as well as being multiplied with any modifications like Crit?

It's a bonus damage die. It doesn't get multiplied - but it doesn't get nerfed in situations like Sneak Attack. If you charge and hit, add the extra damage.
