A Baaaaaad encounter.

Postby Jiriki » Fri Jan 22, 2010 9:04 am

Miriam, Enialas, Finnigan and Antiny were in the process of minding their own business when the screams of distress happened in an alley to the side of the Grinning Lion. Upon their timely intervention they happened across a frightened girl and a large man who appeared to be menacing her. Antiny stepped in to protect her and pull her free from his menaces, only to be nearly thumped by the girl a moment later with the words of "Now you're trying to touch me!"

He led her away from the trouble however and heard the sounds of a sheep in distress. The girl ran off, leaving Antiny to search out the location of the sheep, meanwhile Finn and Miriam followed him. Enialas watched the man who proceeded to raise the large grate in the street and disappear into the sewers.

Meanwhile the girl reappeared with her father who started to get annoyed at Antiny - much to the girls delight - but he backed down after some words with Finn.

Enialas then proceeded to tell them of the close shave those people really had....

Finn found a sack in the search for the sound of the sheep.. it appears to be the spoils of theft and looks to be long abandoned. It contains candlesticks (worth approx 300 gold in total) and chained jewellry with some stones in.. (worth approx 200)

{Let me know what you plan on doing?}

Enialas will see if there is any hope of returning the items to their original owners. If not then he would be happy to recommend some vendors that accept adventuring materials and such.

(He will take gold: either through the sale or as a finders fee from the merchant that buys the stuff.)

Finnigan will want to sell the loot and pocket as big a share of the gold as he could manage.
