Loot and such has been added. :)

I put the handaxe in the regular inventory slot. Bobybag, fpm me if you want me to re-arrange stuff. ;)

With regards to boats and such, one of the advantages to having a campaign based in Waterdeep is the availability of sea adventures. If a character is interested in owning a boat, that could be an adventure plot all on its own.

There have been a few pcs that did own their own ships, but in the cases I remember they worked hard ICly to build/win/find their boats. I don't know that we have a set level at which a pc needs to be to own a ship. But what I've seen is that the pcs end up at least in the 6th-8th level range by the time they get their ships.

I think such a quest is totally within the realm of possibility for pcs willing to work at it and can be a lot of fun. But it's probably the sort of thing that is best worked out a head of time. There are some things that pDMs and DMs just don't normally expect pcs to try to take home: Boats, carriages, real estate...

Thanks for adding that loot June!

We have a bit of a plan going regarding the boat. Sis will be able to take ownership after a couple more sessions.
Of course it's evil! Kill it!
