So far, Jeremy is going to be talking to the DMs about the exact effect the wards will have on the city. According to what I've found all that is on the wards is Control Water to tame the Rauvin, and Control Winds to keep them from getting really nasty.

Going with that, snow should happen regularly, and stick for snowball fights.

BTW, Loki would love to join someone's team for that, provided they give him decent cover.
Helping to lessen our dependency on the funereal industrial complex.

It was the temperature-control that I was thinking of, aye - it might snow outside the wards, but inside it'd end up as a light rain or something...

it doesnt affect the temperature. Its currently -8 in SM.

Well for the fair thing, anyone is allowed as levels shouldn't matter on a social outing to a fair.

Er...level shouldn't matter right Jim? -prays for no uninvited white dragons showing up-

As to the snowball fight, whether it happens in the market or at the actual fair, Sam wants to join either way.
